Runxin automatic control valves are core components of water treatment systems. Through precise end-face sealing technology and microcomputer control, they integrate the functions of multiple valves into one unit, automatically completing complex processes such as water production, backwashing, and regeneration in water treatment equipment (e.g., water softeners, filters).
Its core functions are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Core Water Treatment Functions: Runxin valves automatically switch water paths by rotating their internal valve cores, enabling several key water treatment processes. For softening valves, it can switch between five functions; for filter valves, it can perform water production, backwashing, and forward flushing.
2. Expansion and Linkage Control Functions: In addition to basic water treatment functions, the main control board of Runxin valves integrates rich expansion interfaces, allowing it to link with external devices such as water pumps, solenoid valves, and level switches to build a more intelligent and safer system. These are key to improving the system's automation level.
The Runxin valve's reliable performance is primarily attributed to its unique design:
1. End-face sealing technology: Utilizing a high-hardness, high-flatness ceramic moving plate and a high-strength synthetic material fixed plate that rotate in close contact, water path switching is achieved. This structure is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and can operate under pressure, easily switching positions even at high water pressure without leakage.
2. No raw water bypass design: During regeneration or cleaning, the valve automatically blocks the outlet, ensuring that untreated hard water or dirty water does not enter the water supply system.
3. Intelligent control: Equipped with a microcomputer controller, users can select from various regeneration start-up modes, such as time-based, flow-based, or more intelligent instant/delayed flow-based modes, to achieve on-demand regeneration, saving water and salt consumption.
